The heated pool was beautiful. wifi was very strong. i found the breakfast excellent and filling. It had a large variety. bar and restaurant prices were fair for a five-star hotel.
the staff has terrible english. they struggled to understand my dietary requirements. the food is basic and not the greatest. as a coeliac, the options were minimal.

i appreciated the heated swimming pool , it was very clean. the barman at the pool made a delicious espresso for me. the security agents at the front were very helpful , also the police kept the area secure.
the hotel buildings are a bit old and the shower room is small.

the staff at the reception desk were lovely, especially during check-in and check-out processes , those were efficient. the concierge went to great lengths for us , i am really grateful.

the room i had was a superior double bed room , it faced the gardens. this resulted in a quiet environment , and i appreciated that. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the breakfast buffet had many options , there was a large selection, so i found something for myself. there was a variety of moroccan and international foods , i found it very generous.
